About the event
Stress and anxiety are all-too-common features of modern life, and many people experience the holidays as an especially stressful and anxiety-inducing time of year. But it doesn’t have to be that way.
It IS possible to develop a new relationship with stress and anxiety, and it’s possible to have a completely different experience of the holiday season than you ever have before! Come learn practices that can help you live in a state of greater calm and ease.
The workshop will include a combination of yoga asana (movement), exploration of the mind-body connection, discussion, and written exercises. Bring a yoga mat, a journal or a notebook and a pen. All levels of yoga students are welcome – including absolute beginners.
